  1. Processing and Production (The "Nudge" of Freshness)
    Since we do not store pre-packaged products for months on end, every order requires a certain amount of preparation time.
    Processing Time: 1 to 2 business days (to print your custom labels and prepare your supplements).
    Shipping Location: Our products are shipped directly from our distribution centers in the United States.
  2.  Estimated Shipping Times
    Once your package has been shipped from our facilities, here are the average delivery times:
    United States: 3 to 5 business days.
    International (Europe, Canada, etc.): 3 to 8 business days.
    Please note: Carriers may experience delays beyond our control due to weather conditions, customs procedures, or peak periods (holiday seasons).
  3. Shipping Rates
    Shipping costs are calculated in real-time at checkout. Rates are based on the weight of your NudgeBio products and your specific delivery zone.
  4. Tracking Your Wellness Journey
    As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can track your NudgeBio order every step of the way, right up until it arrives at your doorstep.
  5. International Customs and Taxes
    For customers residing outside the United States, customs duties or import taxes may be charged by local authorities upon the package's arrival. These fees are the responsibility of the customer, and NudgeBio has no control over these additional costs.
  6. Address Errors and Package Returns
    Please double-check your delivery address carefully! If a package is returned to us due to an "incorrect address" or being "unclaimed," the cost of reshipping will be the responsibility of the customer. As our products are health and wellness items, we are unable to offer a refund in the event of an address error once production has begun.
  7. Is there a problem with your order?
    If your package arrives damaged, or if the product you received contains an error, the NudgeBio team is here to help. Please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date at contact@nudgebio.com, attaching a photo of the issue.
